Returns & Refunds Policy
At Geechee Beach, LLC and Sookuyaa, we take great care in crafting high-quality natural body care, skin care, and self-care products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
No Returns or Exchanges
• For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of body care, skin care, and self-care products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used items.
• Unopened, unused products may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing transform@sookuyaa.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and packaging.
• We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are for the product cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
